Questions we hear often

• Do you have a walk-in store?▼

  No—we do not operate a physical walk-in boutique. Chérie is online-first: you shop here, then we fulfill by delivery or arranged pickup (never a drop-in retail counter). For bespoke work, use our contact page.

• Do you offer delivery and pickup?▼

  Yes to both, when they apply to your order and address. Delivery covers eligible zones, fees, and same-day cutoffs—see our Delivery page to check your area. Pickup is available for qualifying orders; after you place an order we confirm pickup time and instructions by email or phone. There is no walk-in counter for unscheduled visits.

• How do I place an order?▼

  Choose your stems or arrangements, add them to the cart, and complete checkout through our secure payment flow. For weddings, corporate installs, or custom palettes, write to us with your date and inspiration—we will follow up.

• Where do you deliver?▼

  Zones, same-day windows, and coverage are all on our Delivery page. Enter your neighbourhood or postal information there before checkout so you know what service applies.

• How does pickup work?▼

  When pickup is offered for your order type or location, you complete checkout online first—we then send the pickup window and location details. It is scheduled fulfillment, not a public shop you can browse without an order.
