Orders & substitutions

Seasonal availability may require substitutions of equivalent value, freshness, and color direction. For custom projects, we provide a proposal including floral scope, vessel rentals, labor, and delivery windows before confirmation.

Cancellations

Requests submitted before design begins are reviewed case-by-case. Same-day orders are generally non-refundable once floral prep starts, because stems are purchased and conditioned for your order specifically.

Payments & pricing

All prices are listed in CAD and may change without prior notice. Taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We accept major payment methods processed through secure third-party providers.

Delivery commitments

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or recipient availability. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order in a safe location or coordinate redelivery where possible.

Product care & liability

Fresh flowers are perishable. Longevity depends on care, room temperature, and seasonality. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by delayed retrieval, improper care, or extreme environmental conditions after delivery.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout, or attempt unauthorized access to platform systems. Content, photography, and brand assets are intellectual property of Cherie and may not be reused without permission.
